Job title: Experienced Qualified Motor Vehicle Technician / MOT Tester
Salary: A Good Basic Salary, plus Profit Share + Auto Enrolment Pension Scheme + Employee Discounts and Benefits + up to £36,000pa OTE, Plus Overtime

We are looking to recruit an experienced qualified motor vehicle Technician / MOT Tester to work in our busy Leyland Car Dealership.
This is a varied role which typically includes servicing and repairing of customers vehicles, preparing and servicing various types of vehicles for sale to our high standards, fault diagnosis and the rectifying of faults found, MOT Testing, Clutch and Timing belt/Chain replacement, General vehicle Servicing, Tyre fitting and balancing, general repairs, air conditioning re-gas, carrying out test drives to diagnose faults, recording of all faults & findings, EV and Hybrid experience would be an advantage.
You must be able to demonstrate strong technical knowledge and skills enabling efficient, economic and safe servicing, repair and MOT Testing of vehicles, whilst working to deadlines and targets.
For the right candidate, it represents an exciting new opportunity and you will become a valued member of our busy dealership Team.
THE CRITERIA:
• You Must be qualified and have experience in vehicle mechanics and have your own tools
• The ideal candidate will be level 1,2 and 3 qualified (or equivalent)
• Have a full UK driving licence
• Be a current MOT Tester
• Have excellent communication and organisational skills
• Be a team player with a strong customer focus
• Have a strong fault finding and problem-solving skills
• Be enthusiastic and self-motivated
• Have high attention to detail
• Have the ability to work efficiently under pressure
• Good basic salary, plus Profit Share scheme, Finish 2.30pm Friday's, Plus Overtime, Auto Enrolment Pension scheme, and Employee Discounts and Benefits
