TeacherActive is currently working with private-day Nurseries across Leeds & West Yorkshire, helping them to recruit for full-time vacancies! The Nurseries care for children up to the age of 4/5, helping them learn and develop new skills whilst providing a safe and secure environment for them to grow and thrive. The nurseries ensure the children are safe and secure within settings, keeping all staff updated on current Safeguarding & Child Protection policies, and ensuring the environment is suitable and welcoming for the children.
TeacherActive are currently searching for qualified Early Years Practitioners who are looking for full-time roles. The ideal applicant must hold either a Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Childcare or above, and must have previous experience working within an Early Years Setting. The successful Early Years Practitioners will be passionate about working with young children, and dedicated to ensuring they provide the highest standard of care. The nurseries are searching for candidates who can work 4 / 5 days a week, between the hours of 8-6.
The successful Early Years Practitioner will:
• Have previous experience working in an Early Years setting, and have a good knowledge of the EYFS
• Be creative and be able to create different activities for the children based on their current interests
• Be hard-working, reliable and eager to learn new skills
