Summary

Salary: £13.74 per hour

Contract: 12 months Fixed Term Contract

Hours/ working pattern: Part-time, 22.5 hours per week. The working pattern is split over 3 days, Sunday, Monday and Tuesday.

What you'll be doing
Generally, you’ll be supporting day-to-day operations, and be the first person that people see when they come into the office.

Your advice and experience will be sought after by others beyond the office team, including volunteers. You will be co-ordinating the maintenance of the historic Lutyens offices and be hands on when the need arises for maintenance of the artworks.

There will be an element of outdoor working as part of this role. You’ll be a champion of best practice when it comes to business support and will confidently challenge the status quo when you think there’s a better way of doing something.
Who we're looking for

experience in a customer-facing or operational support role
experience of records management and information systems including good IT skills (Microsoft Office, including Excel)

knowledge of health & safety, fire & security procedures
