We are looking for an enthusiastic HR Assistant to join our team and help support the employee experience from start to finish.

What you’ll do
• Support daily HR operations and activities including recruitment, onboarding, absence, and training.
• Respond to lower-level HR queries, providing professional and effective advice to colleagues and managers.
• Get hands-on with HR systems (Tensor, iTrent, E-Learning, e-fins) and help us drive process improvements.
• Support the coordination and administration of training courses and help develop new HR templates and processes.
• Compile and provide management information, support meetings, and help to ensure our HR admin runs like clockwork.
• Take on a variety of tasks, from raising purchase orders to maintaining absence records and associated reporting —no two days are the same.
What we are looking for
• Experience in administration.
• Confident with Microsoft Office 365.
• Excellent attention to detail, organisational skills, and the ability to prioritise.
• Strong communication skills—both written and verbal.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Resilient, resourceful, and able to handle challenging situations with professionalism.
• Personal credibility, integrity, and a genuine commitment to customer care.
• An ability to focus and complete tasks within set deadlines
This is a home working contract and the majority of duties will be carried out at home, however, employees will be contractually required to attend site on two days per month for team meetings, 121 meetings, etc. Employees may also be required to attend a site for meetings, collaborative work or to undertake work related activities. Site attendance will constitute no more than 40% of working time and includes the contractual 2 days per month.
