The Role
This is a role for teachers seeking greater control, support and professional freedom.

This role will suit an educator who wants to challenge themselves professionally whilst embracing a creative, trauma informed, therapeutic approach.
Essential Criteria:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
Honours degree or equivalent
Experience teaching within primary education
Experience working with children with special educational needs, including:
Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH)
Cognition & Learning
Communication & Interaction
Experience supporting pupils with ASD, ADHD and complex learning difficulties
Evidence of recent, relevant professional development
Ability to differentiate teaching to meet diverse learning needs
Resilience and the ability to work in emotionally demanding contexts
Willingness to use own car for business purposes
Comfortable covering KS3 and KS4 where required
