We’re looking for a reliable and experienced Multi‑Skilled Tradesperson to join our growing team. Our work includes home extensions, loft conversions, refurbishments, and day‑to‑day residential maintenance, so we need someone confident across a range of building tasks.
Key Responsibilities
• Assist with full building extensions and structural alterations
• Carry out loft conversions, including first‑fix and second‑fix work
• Perform general property maintenance and repair tasks
• Work with materials such as timber, plasterboard, brick, and block
• Support plumbing, electrical, and roofing teams where required
• Ensure all work meets building regulations and safety standards
• Maintain a clean, safe, and professional work environment
• Communicate clearly with clients and team members
• Proven experience in residential building work
• Strong skills in many aspects of general building
• Ability to read drawings and follow project plans
• Good understanding of building regulations and safe working practices
• Full UK driving licence
• Positive attitude, reliability, and pride in workmanship
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
