The Role
We’re recruiting for Business Analysts to join Legal Aid Agency Digital and to be part of our exciting digital transformation programme of work. This is a great opportunity to join one of our warm and collaborative multidisciplinary agile teams and become part of our established business analyst community. LAA Digital sits within the wider Justice Digital organisation, comprising over 100 Business Analysts.
This role aligns against Business Analyst from the Government Digital and Data Framework
You will play an integral role in delivering high quality, user focused solutions and have the opportunity to work across a range of different services, progress your career and make a difference.

Key Responsibilities:
As a Business Analyst, you will:
• Undertake analysis to understand how a business area works, considering the people, organisation, processes, information, data and technology
• Identify and elaborate user and business needs to enable effective design, development and business change
• Ensure new products and services meet business and user needs, and are aligned with organisational goals
• Understand any business and policy constraints that need to be considered, and assess the implications
• Collaborate on prioritisation to agree minimum viable product and sprint features
• Identify areas for improvement, explore feasible options, analyse the effects of change and define success measures
• Take ownership for improving your own knowledge of business analysis and agile principles, methods and tools and play an active role within the BA community in sharing knowledge and mentoring others.
