What You’ll Be Doing:
• Deliver highly targeted English & Maths interventions to boost pupil outcomes
• Work closely with SEND, EAL and underachieving cohorts

• Collaborate with specialist teachers to refine intervention strategies
• Track rapid progress, providing detailed feedback to teaching staff
