Action Staffing is recruiting for "Bunny Run Nursery," a beautiful countryside setting in Eridge Green (TN3). We are looking for a Room Leader for the Over 2s room who will also act as a Junior Deputy Manager.
This is a career-growth role: The position is 80% room-based and 20% management duties. The nursery envisages this role growing into a full Deputy Manager position within 12 months.
The Schedule:
4-Day Work Week: 40 hours compressed into 4 days, giving you an extra day off every week!
Requirements:
DRIVER ESSENTIAL: Due to the rural location (Sham Farm), there is no public transport. You must have your own car/access to a vehicle.
Qualification: Level 3 Diploma in Early Years / Childcare (Essential).
Experience: Previous experience as a Room Leader or Senior Practitioner.
