Are you a skilled MET / Panel Technician looking to step into a modern, high-performing bodyshop with genuine career progression?

The Role
You'll play a key role within the bodyshop, delivering right-first-time repairs to manufacturer standards while supporting the wider team.
Key responsibilities include:
* Strip & refit vehicles in line with job cards
* Carry out mechanical, electrical & diagnostic work
* Replace components and panels to manufacturer specifications
* Ensure correct parts and repair methods are used
* Complete QC checks and final sign-off
* Support and mentor junior technicians
* Maintain a safe, clean, and efficient workshop
What We're Looking For
* 2+ years' experience in an MET / Bodyshop role
* NVQ / ATA / IMI / SVQ Level 3 (or equivalent)
* Strong mechanical & electrical knowledge
* Excellent attention to detail and quality standards
* Proactive, team-focused attitude
