Summary
Teaching Assistant - SEN School
Hours: 29.25 hours per week
Thrive Recruitment Group is proud to be recruiting Teaching Assistants for a specialist school supporting children and young people aged 4-19 with severe learning difficulties.
This role is ideal for individuals who are compassionate, learner-focused, and eager to grow professionally. You will support personalised learning plans, work closely with teaching staff, assist with personal care, and help learners build confidence, independence, and emotional wellbeing.
We welcome applicants who are new to the role as well as those with experience. While a Level 2 qualification is desirable, we are happy to support motivated candidates in working towards this qualification during their probation period.
You'll receive a strong induction, access to ongoing training, and clear development pathways within education and SEN support.
With a growing number of learners requiring additional and 1:1 support, now is an exciting time to join and help create a positive, inclusive, and nurturing learning environment where every learner can thrive.
