Learning Support Assistant - SEN
29.25 hours per week | Term Time
Thrive Recruitment Group is recruiting Teaching Assistants to work in a specialist school supporting learners aged 4-19 with severe learning difficulties.
This rewarding role involves:
• Supporting personalised learning goals
• Working closely with teachers and professionals
• Providing 1:1 and classroom-based support
• Assisting with personal care and emotional development
We're looking for calm, patient individuals with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn. A Level 2 qualification is desirable, but training and development are available for the right candidates.
With a growing pupil population, this is a fantastic opportunity to make a real difference in a supportive SEN environment.
