Prospero Teaching is looking for a Level 3 qualified Nursery Practitioner to join a warm and welcoming nursery in Yeovil. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced early years professional who is passionate about supporting children's development in a nurturing environment.
- Hours: 8:00am - 5:00pm
- Days: Monday to Friday (flexible days can be accommodated)
- Setting: Friendly and supportive nursery with strong values and child‑centred practice
- Start: ASAP (or upon completion of compliance checks)
- Provide high-quality care and learning experiences aligned with the EYFS
- Plan and deliver age‑appropriate activities
- Maintain a safe, inclusive, and stimulating environment
- Build positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues
- Support children's emotional, social, and educational development
- Work effectively as part of a dedicated early years team
To be considered, you must have:
- Level 3 qualification in Early Years/Childcare
- Enhanced Child Workforce DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
- Right to work in the UK
- Paediatric First Aid certificate
- Previous experience working in a nursery or early years setting
- Recent, referenceable child‑based experience
