Thrive Recruitment Group is currently recruiting Teaching Assistants to support learners aged 4-19 with severe learning difficulties in a specialist school environment.
As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting learners both in and out of the classroom. A Level 2 qualification is desirable, however candidates willing to work towards this qualification during their probation period are encouraged to apply.
You will benefit from a comprehensive induction programme, ongoing professional development, and clear opportunities for career progression.
