HR Assistant - School-Based Role
Location: South London
Pay: £18-£22 per hour

A friendly and well-organised HR Assistant is required to join a busy school in South London. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced HR professional to support the smooth running of the school's HR function in a fast-paced and rewarding education environment.

The successful candidate will play a key role in providing efficient HR and administrative support, ensuring compliance with school policies, safeguarding requirements, and employment legislation.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide day-to-day HR administrative support to senior leaders and school staff

Support recruitment processes, including advertising roles, shortlisting, interview coordination and onboarding

Maintain accurate staff records, contracts, and HR databases

Assist with safeguarding checks, including DBS and right-to-work documentation

Requirements:

Previous experience in an HR or HR administrative role (school experience desirable)
