Summary
We are seeking an experienced and passionate SEN Teacher to join a supportive and inclusive school in Croydon. This is a full time long term position working with pupils who have a range of additional needs, including Autism (ASD), ADHD, speech and language difficulties, and social needs.

- Full time SEN Teacher position in a Croydon school
- Teaching pupils with a variety of complex needs
- Planning and delivering highly differentiated lessons tailored to EHCP targets
- Working closely with the SENCO, therapists, and support staff
- Creating a safe, structured, and nurturing learning environment
- Longrole with potential for progression
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) Essential
- Strong experience teaching pupils with SEN (ASD, ADHD, SEMH, communication needs)
- Confident in adapting lessons and using personalised learning strategies
- Excellent behaviour and communication skills
- Enhanced DBS on the Update Service Essential
- A patient, resilient, and child approach
