The school operates across three sites, with the main campus in Ystrad Rhondda and satellite provisions in Tonyrefail and the local college.The Governing Body is seeking to appoint a highly skilled, forward-thinking and enthusiastic Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) with a specialism in communication. The successful candidate will be required to work flexibly across all school sites as part of this role.Experience of working with pupils with Additional Learning Needs (ALN) is essential. The post holder will play a key role in supporting communication development and enhancing access to learning for pupils with complex needs.Visits to the school are warmly welcomed.
