Summary
The Junior Consultant role is an entry-level position designed to provide exposure to a wide range of client projects and consulting activities while developing core professional and analytical skills.
You will support project teams by conducting research, organising and analysing data, preparing client-facing materials, and assisting with the coordination of meetings, workshops, and project activity.
You will work closely with senior consultants and managers, learning consulting methodologies, tools, and frameworks while building knowledge across different industries and service areas.
This role is ideal for someone with strong analytical ability, excellent attention to detail, and a desire to learn and develop within a consulting environment.

Qualifications required
Level 4/C or equivalent in GCSE Maths and EnglishIf you have not achieved these grades we can support you to achieve through functional skills.
Skills required
Research and data gathering skills.
Basic quantitative analysis and ability to work with data.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
Strong organisational and time management skills.
Attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work to deadlines and manage multiple tasks.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Prospects
On successful completion of the role and development programme, there may be opportunities to progress into Consultant, Senior Consultant, or specialist roles within the business, depending on performance and business needs.

Duration 18 months
