About the Role
We are seeking a reliable, safety‑conscious Domestic Operative to join our clients team supporting the day‑to‑day cleaning and hygiene operations on a major nuclear power station. This is a vital position within a highly regulated environment, ensuring the cleanliness and safety of facilities used by site personnel and contractors.

Key Responsibilities
- Carry out daily cleaning duties across office areas, welfare facilities, washrooms, changing rooms and communal spaces.
- Ensure all cleaning is completed in line with nuclear site safety standards, procedures and quality requirements.
- Handle cleaning chemicals and materials safely in accordance with COSHH guidelines.
- Report any maintenance issues, hazards or incidents to supervisors promptly.
- Work efficiently within a team to meet set cleaning schedules and operational deadlines.
- Follow all security processes including access control, ID checks and restricted‑area protocols.
- Maintain accurate records of cleaning activities where required.
Requirements
- CTC Clearance required
- Previous experience in domestic, industrial, or commercial cleaning (preferred but not essential).
- Strong awareness of health & safety practices.
- Ability to work within a highly regulated environment.
- Reliability, good timekeeping and a proactive attitude.
- Right to work in the UK.
