The Position
As a part of the English team at Ipswich Academy, you will work to establish for children, a caring environment in which each child will be nurtured and encouraged to develop their potential in English.
Your additional responsibilities will include supporting the head of department in developing and leading a team of teachers within the English department. To ensure high standards of teaching and learning, including the wellbeing of staff and students.
