Summary

What skills and experience we're looking for

We are looking for a highly personable and motivated individual to join our high calibre Operations and Communications team. If you join us, you will undertake a range of finance and H.R administration and reception duties. As such, your role will be varied and you will build relationships across both the professional services team and wider school community.

You are likely to have gained extensive administrative and finance skills through your career or personal experience. You will be proficient in word and excel software and have excellent organisational skills.

Cathedral Schools Trust (CST) and Trust in Learning Academies (TiLA) have recently had approval from the Department for Education to merge together as one Trust with a target merger date of 1st March 2026 to become Amplify Education.
