This is a hands-on leadership role where your technical expertise and people focus combine to create real, positive impact. Your work has purpose, and the outcomes matter.
What you’ll do as an NDT Team Leader
You’ll be entrusted to:
- Allocate NDT team resources to meet contractual commitments
- Lead the delivery of NDT training courses and support colleague development
- Undertake and lead on-site testing in line with local procedures
- Ensure technical documentation is completed accurately and on time to support invoicing
- Maintain inspection standards for facilities and equipment, raising corrective actions where needed
- Support audits and ensure timely implementation of corrective measures
- Build strong working relationships with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders
- Provide sickness and holiday cover for the NDT Manager when required
Does this sound like you?

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the confidence to lead and collaborate
- A flexible, organised approach and the ability to work autonomously and make pragmatic decisions
- Good IT skills, including confident use of Microsoft Office
As well as checking eligibility to work in the UK, you will also complete an Occupational Health Questionnaire to help us identify and provide any support you may need to undertake the role effectively.
