- £25,000 PAAre you a hands-on marketer who loves seeing campaigns come to life and make a real impact?We’re looking for a Campaign Executive to help deliver engaging, results-driven marketing campaigns across Serco’s leisure portfolio. Working closely with our National Marketing Manager, Digital Marketing Team and on-site operational teams, you’ll play a key role in driving awareness, engagement and commercial performance across our leisure facilities.This is an ideal role for someone who enjoys variety, thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants to build their marketing career within a supportive, collaborative team. What you’ll be doingYou’ll be responsible for implementing national and local marketing campaigns that support our commercial and brand strategy. This includes:

Delivering pre-defined, brand-led marketing campaigns across our leisure sites

Working alongside the Digital Marketing Team to implement and review digital and omni-channel activity

Supporting operational teams by rolling out promotions that drive enquiries, leads and member engagement

Creating and coordinating engaging, on-brand content for campaigns and initiatives

Acting as a brand ambassador, ensuring marketing collateral is correctly displayed at site level

Managing and updating marketing toolkits and campaign materials

Monitoring campaign performance and supporting post-campaign reviews

Ensuring all activity is compliant and approved before launch

Participating in an emergency marketing cover rota (approximately once every 2-3 months), providing on-call weekend support for emergency situations only. Time off in lieu will be provided.
What you’ll bring
-
Experience in a marketing, communications or PR role
-
Background in B2C environments such as leisure, retail or hospitality (desirable)

Understanding of POS, digital and omni-channel marketing
-
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines
-
Confidence working with stakeholders and taking direction to deliver agreed activity
-
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with great attention to detail

Comfortable working to budgets and performance measures

Strong IT skills, particularly Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint)

A full UK driving licence and access to a car (essential due to travel between sites)

Interest in the sport and leisure industry – Strong desirable
