Here at Serco, within our Asylum Accommodation and Support Services Contract (AASC), we focus on assisting individuals through the asylum system, ensuring that vulnerable asylum seekers have access to the support they need along with a high standard of accommodation.
We are looking for a proactive and detail‑driven Procurement Officer to support property procurement across the AASC contract regions. You’ll manage the full Post Code Consultation (PCC) process, build strong relationships with Local Authorities, UKVI, landlords, and internal teams, and help ensure we deliver safe, compliant accommodation for service users.

What you’ll do

- Manage the end‑to‑end PCC process, including LA engagement, risk assessment triage, escalation, and system updates.
- Work with Procurement and Partnership teams to interpret police intelligence and risk data.
- Build strong, professional relationships with landlords and stakeholders.
- Track and report procurement non‑conformance, including due‑diligence issues.
- Support regional demand planning and represent procurement at LA engagement events.
- Maintain accurate MI data, inbox management, and reporting.
- Collaborate across departments to drive successful procurement outcomes.
- Support wider property sourcing activity and contribute to key projects.

- Confidence interpreting risk information and escalating appropriately.

- Baseline Security Clearance (Serco Civil Government is exempt from the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974).
