ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a Support Worker to join The Pontesbury Project at weekends. You will be part of a small, person-centred residential community for adults with learning disabilities.

Our beautiful Pontesbury setting, close to Shrewsbury, offers space, nature and a calm environment that supports wellbeing.

The Support Worker role focuses on helping residents with daily routines, personal development and activities that build confidence and independence.

Its hands-on, rewarding and varied.

This is a weekend-only position, paid at £13.45 per hour, with all benefits and holiday provided on a pro rata basis.

WHAT WE OFFER

What You'll Do as a Support Worker

o Support residents with everyday routines and social or creative activities
o Provide thoughtful, person-centred care
o Work closely with a small and supportive team
o Help people build independence and confidence
o Optional sleep-ins may be available, though this is primarily a weekend post
