The Role
As an Optical Assistant, you'll play a key role in delivering a smooth, reassuring, and high-quality patient journey.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Welcoming patients and guiding them through their visit
- Supporting dispensing, including frame and lens selection
- Pre-screening and supporting clinics
- Adjustments, repairs, and collections
- Supporting the day-to-day running of the practice
- Delivering consistently high standards of customer care

- Has previous experience working as an Optical Assistant
