Are you an experienced Van Driver looking for reliable, ongoing work?
The Best Connection Eastbourne is currently recruiting Van Drivers.
What you'll be doing
You'll be responsible for:
- Completing scheduled deliveries in a safe and efficient manner.
- Loading and unloading goods using tail lifts and pump trucks, with some handball involved.
- Ensuring all deliveries are made accurately and in line with customer requirements.
- Carrying out daily vehicle checks and reporting any defects.
- Working in line with company procedures and health & safety standards.
- Providing a professional and courteous service to customers.
(Please note: your role may not be limited to these tasks)
What you'll need & what you'll get
Requirements:
- Full UK driving licence (Cat B)
- Previous multidrop or delivery driving experience preferred
- Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling
- Good understanding of safe driving and workplace procedures
- A reliable, punctual, and professional attitude
