Summary
IMMEDIATE START. We are seeking an experienced Production Line Leader to join our client's team in Thriplow. Ongoing work that may lead to a possible permanent position following a successful trial period. Monday to Friday 7.30am-5pm. Pay £16.00-£18.00 (DOE). The role will involve:
- Leading and supervising a production line team
- Producing potato, vegetable, and extruded snacks to company standards
- Ensuring production targets and schedules are met
- Maintaining communication between Low Care, High Care and Packing
- Monitoring equipment and reporting issues to the Production Manager
- Completing all required paperwork accurately
- Upholding hygiene, safety, and quality procedures
- Following "clean as you go" standards
- Wearing and enforcing correct PPE
Pay Rate:
- £16.00-£18.00 per hour (Depending on Experience)
