Deputy Nurse Manager – £50,000| Luxury Nursing & Residential Care Home

Our client is looking for an experienced and dedicated Deputy Nurse Manager to join their management team at a luxury care home offering person centred residential, nursing, and dementia care for older adults. With a strong commitment to dignity, safety, and individualised support, the service provides a warm and welcoming environment where clinical standards are as important as kindness and connection.

As Deputy Nurse Manager, you’ll play a central part in ensuring high-quality nursing care across the home. Working closely with the Home Manager, you’ll lead and inspire a clinical team, monitor care delivery, and help maintain a safe, person-centred environment where residents feel genuinely cared for.

Please note: due to the location of the service, candidates must be able to drive and have access to a vehicle.

What You'll Need:

  • Registered Nurse (NMC PIN required)
  • Previous experience working in a nursing home setting (essential)
  • Solid background in older adults’ care, including dementia support
  • Strong clinical knowledge, leadership skills, and a calm, confident presence
  • A genuine commitment to delivering high standards of care and continuous improvement

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, mentor, and support the nursing and care team to deliver excellent clinical care
  • Ensure safe medication administration and best-practice clinical interventions
  • Support with care planning, risk assessments, and audits
  • Monitor the quality and compliance of care in line with regulatory standards
  • Act as a role model for compassionate, evidence-based nursing practice
  • Build strong relationships with residents, families, and external professionals
