Hard Services Support Manager
Covering Scotland's Central Belt, Edinburgh, Pitlochry, Oban, Isle of Islay

We’re looking for an experienced Hard Services Support Manager to support the delivery of high-quality Facilities Management services across a diverse cluster of client sites throughout Scotland. Working closely with our Technical Facilities Managers, you’ll help ensure outstanding service delivery, full compliance, and strong client relationships across all locations.
This is a varied, mobile role ideal for someone who enjoys working across multiple sites, solving problems, and playing a key part in a collaborative FM team.
As a Hard Services Support Manager you'll:
Supporting the delivery of Hard FM services across a multi-site portfolio
Ensuring PPMs, reactive works, KPIs and SLAs are consistently met or exceeded
Assisting with subcontractor management and performance
Supporting Health & Safety compliance, including permits to work and RAMS
Helping manage risk registers and drive risk reduction
Working with Technical and Account Managers to monitor financial performance, identify efficiencies, and support cost-saving initiatives
Costing and submitting variation orders for additional works and scope changes
Building strong, professional relationships with client stakeholders
What we're looking for:
5+ years’ experience in a Hard Services Facilities Management role
Strong understanding of PPM, reactive maintenance, and compliance
Experience working in a fast-paced, multi-site environment
Relevant technical or professional qualification
NEBOSH (or equivalent)
Confident IT skills, including MS Office and CAFM systems (Maximo)
A proactive, self-starting approach with excellent communication skills
Willingness to travel regularly across Scotland
