Sirius Academy West are seeking to recruit an enthusiastic & friendly Level 3 Progress Support Assistant to assist in the planning, development and implementation of curriculum activities and to provide support to students. Please see job description for principal accountabilities, which include assist in the development of schemes of work including differentiation, lead and implement intervention activities, mentor students, provide pastoral, emotional and bereavement support, liaise with external agencies and attend meetings when required.
Salary: Grade 5, Point 8 £26,824 - Point 13 £29,064. Grade 6, Point 14 £29,540- Point 19 £32,061. (Pro rata), 37 hours per week, term time, plus 5 additional days (39 weeks).

You will have excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to deal sensitively with young people. We are an Academy where students are supported by outstanding behavioural and inclusion teams.
