We are looking for a Admin Assistant to work in our busy school Office. This is an exciting opportunity to join Victor Seymour Infants Schooland become an integral member of the Officeteam.
The successful candidate will be an efficient administrator with excellent Front of House skills. They must also have relevant experience in a similar role with a proven track record.

Main responsibilities:
Using Bromcom, monitor the AM and PM registers. Check attendance markings and send emails to parents regarding absent pupils.
Produce Dinner numbers for catering.
Print Fire Reports
Welcome visitors, check any DBS’s as per the Trust guidelines
Provide first aid, and record injuries in the accident book.
Credit control of Breakfast Club, After School Club and Nursery Payments
Login to various childcare company sites to monitor payments.
Process goods received notes
Collate applications for Breakfast Club and After School Club, maintaining a waiting list for both clubs
You will need:
Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills
Excellent communicator- sensitive, compassionate and effective
Customer Orientated and able to relate well to adults and children
Outstanding organisational skills to ensure efficient and effective implementation of the role
English GCSE or equivalent
Maths GCSE or equivalent
