Summary
Receptionist
Role Overview
We are seeking a professional and motivated Receptionist for a temporary position to deliver a first-class workplace experience. The successful candidate will act as the primary point of contact for the facility, managing reception duties, security protocols, and coordinating essential site services to ensure smooth daily operations.
Key Responsibilities
Front of House & Guest Relations-
Provide a professional and welcoming first-class workplace experience for all visitors and staff.

Manage meeting room bookings and hospitality/catering requirements as requested.

Oversee car parking management and coordinate with facility service providers.

Manage access control protocols, including the daily auditing of visitor and contractor access cards.

Process requests for new staff ID access cards and ensure the timely deactivation of cards for leavers.

Report security or access-related issues as required.

Manage all incoming and outgoing post, including accurate reporting and distribution.

Oversee all site deliveries, ensuring they are directed appropriately within the building.

Collaborate with the soft services provider to assist with the delivery of cleaning, planting, and washroom services.

Ensure all activities remain in full compliance with Health and Safety guidance, best practices, and statutory legislation.

Provide general administrative support and general reception duties as assigned.
