Summary
Our client based near Stamford are looking to recruit an experienced and motivated Senior Architectural Technologist on a full-time permanent basis. This role offers flexible working hours and home working opportunity.

As a Senior Architectural Technologist you will demonstrate strong technical knowledge, attention to detail, and a positive, proactive attitude. You will be involved across all key stages of the design process, from project inception through to construction and delivery.
Key responsibilities for the Senior Architectural Technologist include;-
Interpret and develop client briefs into practical design solutions
Produce accurate and detailed construction drawings in line with current UK Building Regulations
Manage drawings through planning and building regulations approval processes
You will prepare detailed works instructions, material specifications, and schedules
Maintain and manage drawing registers
Liaise with clients, installation teams, subcontractors, and suppliers
Support contract administration and project coordination activities as required
To be considered for the Senior Architectural Technologist role you will have;-
Relevant qualification in Architectural Technology
Minimum 5 years’ industry experience with strong working knowledge of UK Building Regulation
Proven on-site experience
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Proficient in AutoCAD (2D – 2011 onwards)
Knowledge of SketchUp desirable but not essential
Full UK driving licence and access to own transport
