As part of our dedicated team at Hallmark Luxury Care Homes, the Deputy Manager plays a pivotal role in ensuring our home runs smoothly and that residents receive the highest standard of care.
In this role, you’ll be central to creating an environment where residents feel valued, supported, and truly at home. Whether it’s a warm conversation, emotional support, or fostering independence and dignity, your approach will ensure a person-centred, caring, and uplifting experience every day.
Much like a trusted co-captain, you will lead on all aspects of clinical governance, compliance, and health and safety, ensuring care is assessed, planned, delivered, and evaluated to the highest possible standards. You will guide and support your team to deliver exceptional care that reflects our values and commitment to excellence.
About You
We’re looking for a Deputy Care Home Manager who leads with confidence, empathy, and inspiration. You’ll motivate your team with a supportive and approachable communication style, always striving for continuous improvement.
You will naturally champion high-quality clinical care through effective auditing, trend analysis, and guidance of your care team to deliver outstanding outcomes. Strong communication skills are essential, especially when engaging with CIW, Social Services, and Safeguarding teams.
You’ll be proactive in implementing improvement plans and building a reputation for exceptional care delivery within the home.
Key Requirements
Registered Nurse (RGN or RMN) with an active NMC PIN and strong clinical expertise
Experience in a health and social care setting, specifically supporting older people
Previous leadership experience within a care environment
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Confident IT user with good computer skills
