Summary

We're looking for a Personal Assistant to join our Construction Southern region team based in Southampton.



Location: Southampton - hybrid working available, with travel to the office required 3 days per week

Hours: 37.5 hours per week - some flexibility on hours available if desired, just let us know when you speak to us

We are unable to offer certificates of sponsorship to any candidates in this role.



What will you be responsible for?

As a Personal Assistant, you'll be working within the Construction Southern region team, supporting senior leaders in managing their day-to-day activities and ensuring smooth operations across the business.

Your day-to-day will include:

-Managing diaries and scheduling meetings for the Managing Director and Sector Leads

-Booking and arranging travel, transport, and accommodation

-Preparing documents, presentations, and maintaining administrative systems

-Taking minutes at meetings and circulating promptly

-Assisting with event organisation and supporting internal and external activities

-You have experience in a similar administrative role
