We are looking for committed and compassionate professionals to join our team, who share our enthusiasm for changing lives.About the Service - Women and Children's ServicesWe run services and dedicated women’s centres for those who are at risk or struggling with challenging circumstances, including women in the criminal justice system and those with experience of trauma, selling sex or sexual exploitation.We understand that women and girls have experiences which are different to men and can experience vulnerabilities that are specific to their gender. Childhood abuse and domestic abuse are common features in the lives of the women we support which impact on their health and wellbeing. Underpinning all our services is an in-depth understanding of trauma and a focus on recovery, resilience and community integration.About the JobAn exciting opportunity has arisen for a Domestic Abuse Project Lead (Team Manager) within the North Tyneside Integrated Domestic Abuse Service.The successful candidate will be responsible for the day to day line management and case management of our accommodation based team and properties. This is a dynamic, passionate team who provide support and advice to those in need at point of crisis and beyond. We are a busy service with diverse client needs and high demand. We are the main contracted service in North Tyneside and work to provide a high quality, responsive and adaptive service to those we work with.This role will involve people management, building management as well as accurate data and reporting.We would love to hear from you if you have experience of leading teams working with people who have complex and high risk needs. We are looking for a leader with passion, drive and commitment to supporting our team in undertaking their challenging but rewarding work, recognising the difference they make in many peoples lives.
