Customer Engagement Advisor - 6-Month Fixed Term Contract

seeking enthusiastic and proactive Customer Engagement Advisors to join our friendly team on a 6-month fixed term contract. If you

ABOUT THE ROLE

You’ll be the welcoming voice for our members, ensuring everyone feels valued every time they contact us. Your responsibilities
will include handling inbound and outbound calls, promoting our memberships and centres, managing bookings and payments,
responding to emails and social media, and supporting our Swim School administration. You will play a key role in monitoring and
acting on member feedback as we continually strive to improve our service.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

* Consistently deliver high levels of customer service in line with LED’s Customer Service Guidelines
* Warmly greet all members, demonstrating a positive and professional attitude
* Identify and solve member needs, managing challenging behaviour as appropriate
* Answer and manage member phone calls, booking enquiries, and payments
* Promote LED memberships and facilities, cross-selling where possible
* Handle membership enquiries and administration, ensuring all data is accurately recorded
* Support the Swim School (Learn 2) with administration and waiting lists
* Monitor and respond to member feedback, both verbal and written
* Manage email and social media enquiries using tools such as Hootsuite
* Proactively contact new and low-use members to encourage engagement
* Assist with credit control and direct debit queries
* General administrative duties, including point of sale, cashing up, and member surveys
* Maintain compliance with required training via Skillgate
* Attend team meetings, training sessions, and one-to-one reviews as required


ESSENTIAL SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

* Positive and outgoing personality
* Proven experience in similar customer-facing roles
* Clear and confident communicator, both verbally and in writing
* Excellent telephone manner


DESIRABLE SKILLS

* Previous experience in a customer service environment
* First Aid Training


HOURS & CONTRACT DETAILS

We are offering flexible part-time hours across the week, which could be split in the following ways to suit your availability:

We have either two 16-hour vacancies available, or there is potential to offer a 20-hour and a 12-hour contract each week
depending on your preference. The contract is for 6 months.
