Summary

Finance Assistant

We are working with a well-established organisation based in Leeds City Centre, and are seeking a Finance Assistant to join their finance team on a fixed-term contract for 6 months. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong transnational finance experience who is available at short notice.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Processing purchase and sales invoices accurately and efficiently
  • Assisting with bank reconciliations
  • Supporting month-end processes
  • Handling finance-related queries from internal stakeholders
  • Maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring data integrity
Skills & Experience Required:
  • Previous experience in a Finance Assistant, Accounts Assistant, or similar role
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Confident user of Excel and Sage
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
  • A proactive and reliable approach

This role will be full time with an opportunity to work hybrid after training, offering a salary of £27,000-£29,000 depending on experience. This attractive location also offer excellent transport links nearby.
