Summary
You will need to be able to work independently, including diary management, as well as being part of the service and the wider Occupational Health Team Main duties are to:Deliver mandatory and departmental moving & handling training and assess staff in their knowledge and practice of patient and inanimate load handling. Maintain and create relevant training resources including for e-learning and practical sessions. Complete appropriate training paperwork and report to Managers when required. Assist the Team in developing training programmes. Help manage moving & handling equipment in terms of audits, provision, maintaining stock and dealing with fault queries and trials. Supporting moving & handling champions. Assist the Team with complex patient moving & handling risk assessments and requirements. Assist the Team in supporting staff with their moving & handling tasks and workstation setup to help prevent musculoskeletal disorders.
