Summary
You will have gained experience in a similar setting, supervising and leading others. While a formal qualification is not required, you should be willing to complete a Level 3 qualification in Team leadership and management with Priory. Supervise colleagues, lead team meetings and support your peers with their performance and professional development Lead support planning and act as point of contact in the absence of site leadership Assist with the management of site petty cash and client funds Supporting with personal care tasks, such as washing, dressing, eating and personal care Performing light housekeeping tasks, such as dusting, vacuuming, and changing bed clothes Assisting with safe lifting, transferring, repositioning and movement of individuals Assistance and support to attend medical appointments Observe, monitor, and record physical and emotional well-being, and quickly report any changes to senior staff Supporting the development of important family connections and liaising with specialists, including Speech & Language Therapists and Learning Disability teams Encouraging participation in social and recreational activities that promote involvement and personal growth
