Our National Operations Centre operates 24/7, supporting thousands of people working across the UK. This role provides critical weekday morning cover, supporting site start-ups, attendance checks, and early-day incidents across the business.
When someone doesn't arrive on site, reports an issue, or misses a welfare check, you're the person who spots it, takes action, and keeps people safe.

-Responding to duress alerts and escalating incidents calmly and accurately
-Handling calls and emails from sites and managers during peak start-up hours
-Recording incidents and actions clearly and accurately
-Supporting smooth handovers into the wider daytime operation
Morning cover is one of the busiest parts of the day — accuracy, calm thinking, and good judgement are essential.
