Nursery Practitioner (Level 3) – Early Years
This nursery provides full-day care for children in a settled, home from home early years setting. The role involves consistent responsibility for children’s daily care, learning and wellbeing within a small, established team.

What You’ll Need
- Full and relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification
- Previous experience in a nursery or early years setting
- Working knowledge of the EYFS and safeguarding requirements
- Confidence managing daily routines and responsibilities
- Clear communication and reliable teamwork skills
Desirable
- Experience working with babies or toddlers
- Additional safeguarding or SEND training
- Familiarity with nursery documentation and observations
