Summary
Our established client based in Ringwood, Hampshire is looking to recruit a full time Call Center Agent to join multi-channel Contact Centre. The role is an Inbound contact centre role, that will involve handling new orders and Customer Service actions. The orders element of the role requires basic sales skills, with a good emphasis on upselling. Additional work involves the managing of emails and various other "back office" tasks. Full training is provided for all elements of the role

Key Responsibilities of the Call Center Agent
â— Acting as a liaison between customers and our client, ensuring smooth communication and resolution of inquiries.
â— Call Center Agent will be Handling incoming inquiries via phone, email, and other channels and resolving in a timely and effective manner. Inquiries will range from delivery to warranties, all advisors will be trained on all aspects of the role to ensure customers have one call resolution.
â— Demonstrating a customer-centric approach to build and maintain customer loyalty and satisfaction.
â— Documenting interactions accurately and updating customer information in the company database.
â— Collaborating with internal teams to provide comprehensive solutions and escalating issues when necessary.
â— Maintaining a high level of professionalism and adhering to company guidelines and policies.
â— Upselling and cross selling on every opportunity presented in order to increase revenue
â— Identify and maximise sales opportunities through cross selling and up selling plus special promotions on a wide range of retail products
â— Place customer orders and resolve all customer enquiries at first point of contact efficiently

Job Title: Call Center Agent
Salary: £12.30 per hour standard hours (£25,584 per annum) or an Out of Hours opportunity paid at £14.55 per hour 10pm to 8am
Location: Ringwood
Hours: 40 paid hours per week.
Shifts: Shifts are Hybrid and rotate between 8.00am to 4.30pm, 9am to 5.30pm, 9.30am to 6pm, 10.30am to 7pm, 11.30am to 8pm, 1.30pm to 10pm or 10pm to 8am (Out of Hours opportunity)
Customer Services Hours: Monday - Friday 8am - 8pm. Saturday and Sunday 9am - 1pm
