Summary
Key Responsibilities Provide operational workforce support to the HR Business Partner, promoting best practice in people management across the Mental Health Network as well as the broader workforce and Organisational Development function. Collaborate closely with the HR Business Partner to leverage multiple data sources for strategic workforce planning, modernisation, and transformation projects. Support initiatives that drive engagement and performance improvement, embedding best HR practices and enhancing people management capability across care hubs and the Network. Take responsibility for a designated portfolio of work, contributing to the successful delivery of the organisations overall people plans.
