Summary
Claims administration and handling, primarily on AD and Theft policies, growing towards handling of claims on other classes of insurance.
Administration associated with handling claims including updating spreadsheets, drafting and sending letters on claims and occasionally composing claim summaries and contributing to responses to complaints.
Full training given on FCA requirements, policy wordings, insurance law and practice.
General office and administration tasks as required.
After training you will be required to deal directly with Customers on the phone.
