Summary
Deputy Head of Financial Accounts
Cardiff University is recruiting to the role of Deputy Head of Financial Accounts, working within the central Finance Department.
Reporting to the Head of Financial Accounts and in turn the Head of Financial Reporting, the Deputy Head of Financial Accounts supports the key financial accounting and regulatory reporting processes of the University, including the year-end financial accounting of Cardiff University, ensuring compliance with the University’s accounting policies and liaison with external auditors. They will play an active role in the preparation of regulatory returns and financial information to meet the needs of stakeholders.
The post is part time (21 hours per week) and open-ended.
Salary: £41,064 - £46,049 per annum, pro-rata for hours worked (Grade 6)
