Summary
Are you looking for high-quality Nursery work in the Ilkley area?
Most agencies prioritize their biggest clients in city centres, leaving local practitioners with long commutes. We do things differently. We are currently recruiting reliable Early Years professionals to support our partner nurseries specifically in Ilkley and the surrounding Wharfe Valley.
Whether you are a highly experienced Level 3 Practitioner or an Unqualified Assistant looking to gain more experience, we offer a transparent pay structure and the flexibility to choose exactly when and where you work.
Our Current Pay Rates:
Level 3+ Qualified: £13.00 per hour
Level 2 Qualified: £12.50 per hour
Unqualified (Experience Required): £12.25 per hour
Why local Practitioners are choosing our agency:
Local Work: Minimize your commute with shifts available in and around the Ilkley (LS29) area.
Top-Tier Pay: Competitive hourly rates that respect your qualifications and experience.
Total Flexibility: Choose the days you want to work—ideal for students, parents, or those seeking a better work-life balance.
Weekly Pay: Accurate, reliable payments every Friday with accrued holiday pay.
What we look for (Our Entry Requirements):
Experience: Minimum 3 months recent experience specifically within a UK Private Day Nursery (PVI). School-based experience alone is not sufficient for these roles.
Availability: Ability to commit to at least one full day (8 hours) per week (Monday–Friday).
Morning Readiness: You must be reachable and ready to accept bookings starting from 7:00 AM on your available days.
DBS: An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or a willingness to apply and pay for one immediately).
Knowledge: A solid working understanding of the EYFS framework.
Logistics: Reliable transport (car or public) to cover sites across the LS29 region.
References: Ability to provide two professional contacts for immediate verification.
How to Apply: Don't settle for city-centre commutes and standard pay. Join the agency that values your local expertise.
