The RoleAs a Supply Teaching Assistant, versatility is your greatest asset. Depending on the booking, you might be:

Supporting Learning: Helping students understand lesson objectives and keeping them focused on their tasks.

Managing Behaviour: Using your communication skills to de-escalate low-level disruption and keep the class on track.

Building Rapport: Quickly establishing a connection with students who may be meeting you for the first time.

Assisting Staff: working alongside class teachers to prepare resources and ensure the school day runs efficiently.

Weekly Pay (PAYE): We believe you should keep what you earn. We pay weekly via PAYE, meaning no hidden umbrella company fees.
