Summary

Learning & Development Trainer

£30,000 Mobile Role Across UK & Ireland
Learning & Development / HR

Are you passionate about unlocking potential, inspiring others, and shaping the future of learning? Do you thrive in dynamic environments where no two days look the same? If so, this could be the perfect next step in your L&D career.

We’re looking for an enthusiastic Learning & Development Trainer to join our national team—someone who brings energy, curiosity, and a genuine commitment to helping people grow.

Why This Role Matters

As a key member of our Learning & Development function, you’ll deliver engaging workshops, courses, and programmes across our full L&D and Talent Development portfolio. Your work will directly influence capability, culture, and performance across the organisation.

You’ll create inclusive, positive learning environments where colleagues feel supported, challenged, and inspired. Whether delivering scheduled programmes or responding to bespoke training needs, you’ll be at the heart of our mission to develop confident, capable teams.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Deliver high‑quality workshops and programmes across the L&D and Talent portfolio.
  • Facilitate both scheduled and ad‑hoc training, adapting to business needs with flexibility and professionalism.
  • Create safe, inclusive learning spaces that champion diversity and respect.
  • Assess learner needs in real time, tailoring your approach to maximise engagement and retention.
  • Act as a trusted point of escalation for training queries, working closely with L&D Business Partners and the Training Delivery Manager.
  • Collaborate with support functions and operational teams to deliver organisation-wide training initiatives.
  • Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of company policies, procedures, and best practice.
  • Uphold company standards in all aspects of design and delivery, contributing to continuous improvement across the team.

What You’ll Bring

Essential

  • Exceptional facilitation and delivery skills.
  • Ability to adapt to different learning styles and group dynamics.
  • Strong communication, influencing, and relationship‑building skills.
  • Confident, credible, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Excellent planning, prioritisation, and attention to detail.
  • Resilient, proactive, and comfortable working under pressure.
  • IT‑literate, with at least intermediate PowerPoint skills.
  • Flexible, self‑motivated, and willing to travel and stay away from home regularly.
  • Open, inclusive approach with a commitment to diversity and belonging.

Desirable

  • Experience delivering training in a large, complex organisation.

What’s in It for You

This is a fantastic opportunity to grow your career in a supportive, forward‑thinking L&D team. You’ll have the freedom to shape learning experiences, influence organisational capability, and make a real impact—while travelling across the UK & Ireland and meeting colleagues from all corners of the business.

If you’re a confident facilitator with a passion for people development, we’d love to hear from you.
